Administrative Assistant
Amerilodge Group is hiring for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support two Department Heads at our Corporate Office. You will help support the VP of Brand Operations Support and our Director of Maintenance and Renovations. This position will be a full-time position, located in our Corporate Office, in Bloomfield Hills.
A little taste of your day
Every day is different but you will mostly be:
- Pulling all brand data, including GSS, QA, Heartbeat, etc, and compiling it into a portfolio spreadsheet
- Keep up to date on all contracts for services such as, elevator service, snow removal, GFS, etc
- Maintain current vendor contacts for easy access
- Assist with purchasing when needed
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and motivational skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel
- Time Management skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Organizational Skills
- Attention to detail

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
- Executive administrative support: 2 years (Required)
