Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Held At The New Holiday Inn & Suites in Mount Pleasant, Michigan

President & CEO of the Mount Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce, Brett Hyble, Rick Rautanen, General Manager and Christopher Wakeman, Director of Sales for the Holiday Inn & Suites along with Asad Malik, President & CEO and Janice Ibershoff, Director of Operations of the Amerilodge Group was given the honor of conducting the ribbon cutting ceremony. Over 300 guests attended this event to welcome the Holiday Inn & Suites Mount Pleasant into the community. Eric Rodriguez, Interim Public Relations Director for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe introduced the Mino Ode Drum to perform a blessing upon the hotel. Chris Rowley, Executive Director of the Mount Pleasant Area Convention & Visitors said “We are excited to have another full service hotel with meeting space in the Mt. Pleasant area. The Holiday Inn & Suites brand has a long history and is so well known, it’s nice to offer that brand to visitors.”
